JOSEPH CARTAGINESE (Sales Representative)
Joe has been in real estate since 1994. During this time he has received several awards including his most recent the National Chairman's Club. An award given annually to the Top 1% of all Royal LePage Realtors in Canada. Also a licensed mortgage broker Joe can provide you a one stop shopping with The Joe Team.* He provides endless services to make your transactions go as smoothly as possible. On a person note Joe enjoys gardening, carpentry and spending time with his family.
PAULA PERRI (Sales Representative)
Paula has been in real estate since 1995. Prior to joining the real estate world Paula was a lender. She is a licensed mortgage broker and can assist any Joe Team*client with both their real estate and mortgage needs. She always puts her client’s needs as a number one priority. As a team member of The Joe Team*, Paula ensures that every transaction goes smoothly and makes your new purchase or sale of a home that much easier for you. On a personal note, Paula loves to spend time with family especially her three beautiful grandchildren.

Allan was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec and moved to Toronto in 2010 together with his family. He has been working as a real estate sales representative for 8 years. Allan is bilingual in French and English and his ability to stay calm and collective always benefits his clients.
